TR6850测试平台包含:TMU,DVC,OVC,PVC,Awg/Digitizer,OP-LOOP,PCI-INF.以下分别说明各板卡信息。

1.Hardware Description PVC  Board:

A:2 Channel per PVC  module

B:Floating GND System

C:V range: 4V, 8V, 16V, 32V, 46V

D:I range: 150mA, 300mA, 1.5A, 3.0A,    5.0A, 10.0A, 15A, 30A

E:Voltage Force and Measure Accuracy    4V   : +-(0.3% +6mV)    8V   : +-(0.3% +12mV)      16V   +-(0.3% +24mV)    32V  : +-(0.3% +48mV)   45V  : +-(0.3% +96mV)

E:Voltage Force and Measure Accuracy:   2V   : +-(0.05% +1mV)   4V   :+-(0.05%  +2mV)     8V   :+-(0.05%  +4mV)  16V  :+-(0.05%  +4mV)  20V  :+-(0.05%  +8mV)

C:± (0.05 % of value+0.05 % of range)

D:Measure Accuracy

E:± (0.03% of value + 0.03 % of range).

F:I ranage : 2uA,20uA,200uA,2mA,20mA,200mA,2A

G: Force and measure Accuracy    2uA ~ 200uA :±(0.05 % of value+0.05 % of    range +10nA )  2mA~ 200mA :±(0.1 % of value+0.1 % of range)  1A~2A       : ±(0.3 % of value+0.1 % of range)

4.Hardware Description DVC-DVM Mode

A:Differential voltage measure between two channels

B:Measure Resolution : 16 bit

C:Measure accuracy: ±(0.2 % of range + 200uV)

E:Measure range: 20mV,100mV, 200mV, 1V,2V, 4V, 10V, 20V, 100V

5.Hardware Description TMU

A:Location

Locate at Digital slot (slot5,slot6), maximun is 2 pcs, 4 set TMU per board  ( TR-6850) Located at Major slot 1 ,maximun 1 pcs ,4 set TMU per board  (TR-6850S)

B:Major function is  Frequency, Timing, Raising/Falling Time ,Propagation Delay and Relay Control

C:625 ps resolution( Frequency : 40-50 MHZ verified)

D:2K/1M impedance for A/B channel and 4M for HiZ channel.

E:80 user relay control signal per board.

6.Hardware Description AC32

A:AC32 locate at digital slot (slot1-slot4), maximum 4 ,   32 test channel per board

B:AC32 test rate : 33MHZ

C:Period : 30ns ~ 40ms

D:Min pulse width : 10ns

E:Pattern Memory Depth : 4M ~ 8M

F:Level Set : Vih/Vil : -2.0V ~ +8V Accuracy :+- (0.3% of  8V range)    Voh/Vol : -2.0V ~ +8V Accuracy :+- (0.5% of  8V range)

G:Timing Set 16 change on the fly

H:Drive Format Mode :0,1,NF,NRZ,RZ,RO,SBC

I:Strobe Mode : Edge/Window

J:Pattern Symbol : 0,1,X,Z,L,H

7.Hardware Description AC32  PMU

A:4 Set  PMU     Force/Meas Voltage    Range:+8~-2V  Resolution:2mV                      Force/Meas Current    Range:±40mA, ±4mA, ±400uA, ±40uA

8.Hardware Description AWG / DIGITIZER

A:Slot Location :   Analog Slot 7,8 Maximum 2 pcs (TR-6850)   Analog Slot 8 Maximun 1 pcs (TR-6850S)

B:AWG : 2 units per board    4 single or 2 differential-end outputs channels

C:Digitizer: 4 units per board   4 single (used P only) or 4 differential-end channels

D:AWG Spec    16 bit resolution    Sample Frequency : Maximum 40MHZ    Output : 10Vpp@50 ohm Load to Gnd    Offset : 2.5V @50 ohm Load to Gnd    Output Impedance : 50,75, ohm

9:Hardware Description DIGITIZER

A:ADC : 16 bit(Low Speed :500K sps)      14 bit(High Speed :10M sps)

B:MEM Depth: 4M

C:Anti-Filter: 20KHZ, 200KHZ,2MHZ

D:Input Impedance: 50 ,1M  common ground     or 100 , 10K ohm differential.
